About Global Strategies Group

Our Story

Global Strategies was created to meet that moment.

After decades spent inside community banks—most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a $900 million institution—our founder saw the same challenge repeated again and again. Banks needed senior operational leadership, digital expertise, and risk discipline, but not every institution needed or could justify adding another full-time executive. What they needed was experience, perspective, and steady hands at the helm.


That insight became our purpose.

We partner with community banks as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer, working alongside CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to strengthen operations, modernize systems, manage risk, and develop people. Engagement Structure & Deliverables

Phase 1 – Diagnostics & Roadmap:

  • Delivery of 12–18 month COO roadmap. 


Phase 2 – Implementation & Oversight:

  • Direct execution of initiatives (digital banking, payments, risk, HR strategy).

Phase 3 – Transition & Sustainability:
